I am traveling from Bath Beach Brooklyn and it is worth every mile. Catfish is the BEST. Mac N Cheese w Bacon HEAVENLY. Atmosphere is comfy 'cozy. Staff soooo friendly. Owner a GEM.

I've never met kinder people and better service anywhere for a burger. Fried shrimp are a must! Been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. :)

I think this place is a bit overrated. I've only been once when we had the burger and the fried jerk chicken sandwich. Of the two, I think the chicken sandwich was better. Spicy fries are a nice touch. But 4.6 stars suggests something amazing and I just can't describe this place as that. The interior is a bit run down, I think they could do with a refresh as it feels a bit dumpy.

The catfish sandwich is the most delicious as well as the appetizer Mussels. Service is friendly and fast. Try it you won't regret it.

Great place for a chilled late dinner. Best customer service we had in NY. New exactly the vibe we were in and played music accordingly. Don’t do Gluten free burgers but made me a deconstructed one! And the sweet potato fries were insane especially with the recommended chipotle mayo ! 100% would go back.

Low key spot that’s low key delicious. Was a big fan of the catfish appetizer and entree. Reasonably priced and a good vibe. Oh and it’s BYOB plus a small corking fee.

A very nice waiter served my food and the sweet potato fries were super crispy.

Place is great, BYOB, owner operated with owner usually around to make sure everything is solid. The backyard is awesome also. All of the food is delicious and I am a repeat customer. Catfish Poppers, Cobb Salad, Fish n' Chips, Sweet Potato Fries, are all excellent. Prices are reasonable, usually you can get a table. I highly recommend you try it if you haven't.

Superb burger! I had the truffle burger with Bacon and Gouda, and it had an interesting kick of flavor most similar to Carrabiean jerk, unsurprisingly as Carrabiean style food is also what Juniper is known for. This is a good place for an exquisite burger!

Food was fine, staff was friendly and it was a very cute space. However, food took an extremely long time to come out, we only ordered a sandwich and fries but we were there over an hour. Not worth the wait. Also the sweet potato fries had sugar on, not my preference.

Hot damn - this place is great! Great salads, BBQ wings, burgers, fries, + other things we saw delivered to other patrons looked great @ other tables. Friendly staff, reasonable prices. Solid AF

BYOB! Excellent food ; Shrimp Poboy and Blackened Chicken from the Specials on the board were devoured.

BYOB or wine cool place, there is a store around the corner where you can buy your own drinks if you don't have them. Rib sandwich was tender, juicy and hot. Served on a Brioche bun. Sweet potatoe fries were good too. Kids had the chicken tender that tasted common, lightly on panko. Wife had the steak burger and it appeared to our taste a bit greasy and salty. Make sure you bring cash. Good service.

Wonderful food and service. The food is great but they tend to overcook your burger so I recommend getting your burger at least medium rare.

Such a cute place to have a casual dinner! Ordered jambalaya which was amazing and the hosts were so sweet and welcoming. One of my favorite spot in Williamsburg.

Perfect cajun shrimp salad.

Best Jambalaya I ever had. Best seafood pasta I ever had. portions, big portions. The prices match the zip code. Back yard patio opens when they open, BYOB. If you forget to bring booze there's a liquor store across the street, there's a Sunac Deli down the street. Oh and I heard they have the best burger in Williamsburg.

I tried the catfish sandwich with spicy fries. Turns out the catfish was battered with rice panko which gives it an extra crunch. The brioche bun seems toasted with a hint of butter that adds more dimension to the sandwich. By the way, you get two filets in the sandwich not just one. The spicy fries were tossed with Cajun seasoning. Both the spice and seasoning complemented each other with neither one overpowering the other. There is patio seating. I'm really liking this place.

Excellent comfort food in a modestly appointed space. The quality of the ingredients is very good. The preparation is just right. Very friendly service. BYOB with a very reasonable corkage fee, and there's a liquor store across the street. A great value. Cash only.

Jerk fried chicken sandwich was on point. Juicy crispy and full of flavour. Spicy fries were crispy and seasoned to perfection. Everything made to order fresh, well worth the wait. Will come back again and try something else. Owner was a really nice dude also.

I go here religiously, the burgers are the best part! And the Mac and cheese is to die for. The best part is you can bring your own beers and wine!! The staff is super friendly. I go here all the time and the chefs have magic hands!

Truly delicious and quaint BYOB spot. Unfortunately, I believe it's permanently closed now. They don't have a website or any other digital presence, so just going off of the paper in the windows.

Delicious Cajun food. Authentic. Quick. Great service. Had the jambalaya, which tasted as good as any too restaurant in New Orleans. The seafood was fresh, generous portion and right on Cajun seasoning. Definitely should be on your list to try. Worth the trip. They have seasonal choices too but we ordered jambalaya and Cajun seafood pasta.

This place is always delicious, I hope it never goes away. The prices are good, the service is fast, the food is amazing. It was BYOB with a corking fee, not sure if it's still the same. I need to visit this place again soon, craving their food.

Absolutely incredible. The food is made fresh to order and the amount of care put into making the food definitely comes out on the plate. Everything was delicious. I think the best wings I've ever had and I've tried many so far! The shrimp po'boy and spicy fries are fantastic . Blackened chicken sandwich also very good, chicken tasted really fresh. BYOB so you can pop open a nice bottle of wine. On top of the wonderful dining experience, I actually got sick after dinner due to improper eating earlier in the day and they let me use the bathroom for a while and even offered me seltzer afterwards to help. Very kind, down-to-earth people. Definitely a New York treasure.

I went in the other night before work and it smelled nice. It’s a bit dumpy but I feel as a native NYer it gives it local appeal. Now, aside from that I’d heard good things. I’d heard the wings were good and so was the Mac. I ordered some hot wings and the Mac and was not very happy. I asked for the wings to be WELL DONE and they were fatty and slimy. the Mac had less than no flavor. If I wanted commercial food I would’ve gone to Manhattan. I always thought to support my local businesses but if the product isn’t right, they can’t have my dollar. Sorry Juniper, can ever get my money again.

The food was delicious 😋 had the truffle burger and spicy fries, service was really nice- went on a Monday for lunch, it was nice and quiet, very comforting. Can’t wait to go back to Brooklyn and come here again!

Love this place! They're burgers, especially the truffle burger, are amazing - always juicy and cooked to perfection. Definitely my favorite burger in Brooklyn. Their Mac & Cheese and Jambalaya are equally as delicious. Service is fast and friendly.

Delicious jambalaya... one of the best outside New Orleans. Great sweet potato fries, perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft and sweet inside. And the woman who co-owns and runs the place is sweet and attentive.

Finally came here on a Saturday night after seeing all the delicious burger and Cajun seafood dishes. The truffle burger was delicious and I recommend adding the smoked Gouda cheese. I wish there was a bit more of the mayo or sauce. The sweet potato fries fried perfect. My wife had the seafood pasta which had great Cajun flavor. Also it was packed with seafood, definitely enough to share between two.I recommend coming a little earlier before 7:30 to avoid the dinner rush.

The place is amazing and the owners are super nice. It has s cosy feeling with awesome food. It’s a must go to place in Williamsburg. We had Po’ Boys and they were even better than in New Orleans.

This place is the best! Just discovered it not too long ago and now it's my go to, especially since it is on my way home from the dreaded L train! Makes it a nice break from that disaster! Then there's the food, it is some of the best in Williamsburg! The wings here are as big as your fist and are some of the best in the city! Fish and chips are worth coming back for, pretty darn good! My girlfriend loves the burgers and can't stray from them! I highly recommend this place friend's! Great food at reasonable prices! Only thing is, bring cash and booze! Booze they don't have and only take cash! Trust me though, all worth it!
